Everyday Strength is dedicated to people who want to gain the benefits that strength training can provide. We provide individualised programming, supervision by qualified technique coaches and a community environment that is fun and supportive.

No matter your starting point we can help you get stronger - you just need to start where you are at! We will meet with you to discuss your goals, injuries and exercise history to determine which of our services is most suitable for you.

The Studio.

The studio is located at Unit 2 38 Barrett Street Kensington (enter off Bruce Street). It is a simple and relatively intimate space that was carefully designed for both strength training functions and to build community.

We have equipment that is fit for all fitness, mobility and strength levels. Don't let the equipment put you off!

There are no mirrors or lycra in our studio. In fact we deliberately don't have mirrors to ensure that you tune into your body as you go through specific movements.

​The space is fun, welcoming and full of laughter and smiles.

Coach Emily

Emily is passionate about welcoming people into the gym and strength training. She loves to help people improve their day to day lives through being stronger.

Emily is an accredited Level 1 Powerlifting Coach under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (NCAS), holds a Certificate III & IV in Health & Fitness, Bachelor of Sport & Outdoor Recreation and Bachelor of Education (Secondary).

Other qualifications:

  • Level 2 First Aid

  • Mental Health First Aid

  • CPR
