Everyday Coaching

Small group (max 6 participants) personal training sessions for those wishing to get stronger. You receive a personalised program that is tracked for you, supervision and coaching in the studio and a sense of community training with the same people each week. You attend 2 sessions per week at the same time slot with the same people. Prior to joining your group you will complete an onboarding session.

$85 per week | minimum 12 week initial commitment

Welcome to Weights Program

A program for complete beginners, designed by a strength coach and teacher to welcome you into the gym. You will learn about the benefits of strength training and getting stronger, equipment, gym etiquette, and lifting technique.

Never Too Late Coaching

The Never Too Late program is for people who feel they have left it too late to even know where to start to improve their health. These sessions are smaller in group numbers, with specialised programming to suit whatever individual needs you may have.

You receive a personalised program that is tracked for you, supervision and coaching in the studio and a sense of community training with the same people each week. You attend 2 sessions per week at the same time slot with the same people. Prior to joining your group you will complete an onboarding session.

$85 per week | minimum 12 week initial commitment

Hybrid Coaching

Our Hybrid program includes one session at the Everyday Strength Studio and one session to be completed at home. You receive a personalised program for both sessions.

$50 per week | minimum 12 week initial commitment
