  • Clothes that you can move in! Track pants, leggings, shorts, stretchy jeans. We can chat more about clothing and footwear once you start. No need buy anything new - whatever you have already is perfect.

  • A water bottle and wear clothes you can move in.

  • All members are required to attend an onboarding session prior to joining The Everyday Program or Strength for Older Adults program. In this session you will be taken through an induction to the studio, a movement analysis and an introduction to how your sessions will run so you feel comfortable prior to joining your group

  • We do not offer casual visits.

  • Yes, we have one disabled access bathroom within the studio.

  • Yes, we have 2 change rooms at the studio.

  • We do not accomodate for children due to physical safety concerns. Thank you for your understanding.
