Welcome to Weights

Join Everyday Strength's 6-session program to learn about strength training. A beginner program designed by a strength coach and teacher to welcome you into the gym.

What you’ll get

  • 6 x 1 Hour sessions at Everyday Strength Studio in Kensington

  • Learn about the benefits of lifting weights and getting stronger, equipment, gym etiquette, and lifting technique

  • Small group - maximum of 6 participants

  • Mix of theory and training each session. Learn how to read training programs.

  • Workbook to use throughout the program and to take home to continue your journey

  • Cost is $295 for the 6 sessions

Why Strength Training?

Strength Training has many benefits including:

Our Welcome to Weights program is perfect if you have been curious about strength training but haven’t known where to start. We will have time to answer any questions you may have along the way.
